We are looking for a dedicated office professional with a heavy background in customer service, office skills and marketing with experience in the following to join our team:
- Marketing (online: i.e. Face Book, Instagram, Google as well as print advertising).
- QuickBooks desktop.
- Customer service (In-person and telephone).
- Credit card transactions/reconciliations.
- Basic Math skills including calculating volumes of materials needed for a job.
- CRM software experience a plus.
- Accounting experience is a plus but not required.
- Windows Computer Suite.
- Scheduling visits.
- Invoicing.
- Landscape/Horticulture/Arboriculture knowledge a plus.
This part time position comes with a flexible work schedule with the expectation of rotating Saturdays from 8 am - 12:30 pm during our business season and flextime during our slower months.
